Bore Tech's Decimator Suppressor Cleaning System is a complete kit for stripping the heavy carbon, lead and copper fouling that builds up inside a sound moderator (suppressor) after sustained use. The two-part Decimator chemical pair does the work: Part A targets carbon and lead deposits, while Part B focuses on stubborn copper fouling, and both are safe on aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and the coated alloys used in modern moderator construction. The kit includes a stainless steel suppressor stand sized to hold anything from .17 to .50 calibre, which secures the moderator during soaking and catches any overflow rather than leaving it running down the workbench. It's equally effective on rimfire and centrefire moderators, on muzzle brakes, and on both sealed, one-piece cans and take-apart, baffle-stack designs, where fouling is otherwise very hard to reach. For anyone running a moderator hard through a stalking or vermin season, decarbonising it properly rather than just wiping the outside keeps baffles clear and performance consistent.
