Tom's Targets' Squirrel Feeder is designed and manufactured to help control grey squirrel numbers at a fixed shooting point — this is a vermin-control feeder for airgun shooters, not a garden bird feeder. Standing 700mm tall and fully galvanised for a long life outdoors, it holds approximately 5-10kg of feed depending on what is used, drawing squirrels in and holding them at a known, safe backstop rather than shooting opportunistically at range. A small swinging 25mm gong is fitted to the feeder so the airgun's zero can be checked before or during a session, without needing to set up a separate target. The feeder secures in place with a ratchet strap, as shown in the product photos, and can be fitted with a chain and padlock for extra security if wanted — neither is included as standard.
