The rewards you earn are based on your online store orders over a rolling 365-day period. This means that your order count resets annually, so your vouchers and rewards reflect your purchases within the past year — not your lifetime total orders.

Based on the number of orders you place per rolling 365-day year, you’ll be placed in one of our loyalty tiers, unlocking more benefits as you go. While we’ve backdated orders so you’ll be placed in the appropriate tier when the program starts, you'll receive only one annual voucher per tier increase and won’t receive an additional voucher within a 365-day period.
