The rifle slip I ordered from you at a cost of £31:94 was exactly what I ordered and I am extremely satisfied with it.
HOWEVER, you akso sent a fleece shirt at a cost of £39:99 which I did not order.
I returned the shirt to you and requested a FULL REFUND of £39:99.
You sent me a refund of £31:94 £8:05 pence short of the £39:99 pence you took from my account in payment for the shirt.
You still owe me £8:05 refund make up on the value of the shirt .
Please take steps to rectify this shortfall ASAP please.

Easy to use, but I think BushWear producers should review the wash instructions. I would say 5kg of clothing in a standard family washing machine is ambitious. I weighed 3kg of clothing to treat and that was really the machine full to capacity, as fleece jackets tend to be bulkier than items like t-shirts. On the low temp (30C) minimum wash recommended, I found that some items hadn't fully wetted out, so hadn't been drenched in the product. You don't want gaps in your tick protection!
So I used a second sachet to retreat those un-wetted items but this time only filling the machine to half capacity. That worked much better.
My advice is to not fill the machine to more than 2.5kg (2/3 capacity max) to allow movement and agitation for complete wetting during the wash programme.
Alternatively: wash the load as normal, then at end of cycle, re-set the machine to "Rinse and Spin" and add the sachet of BushWear NO Tick to the Conditioner compartment at that stage - so that it is treating the fully wet load of clothing items with the Wash-in Tick Repellent.
Time will tell how effective it has been. Fingers crossed for no ticks this summer

As you would expect a case made to carry top drawer Zeiss binoculars should be of decent quality. And I was not disappointed , it does the task well.

Bought these to replace my old ear defenders that had stopped working. The Walkers are very comfortable and suppress the sound of large calibre firearms effectively. Unlike other active ear defenders I’ve used you can still hear conversations clearly when a gun is fired. Very happy with these ear defenders and the service from Bushwear.
