Introducing the Pixfra Sirius
The all-new Sirius series from Pixfra introduces four powerful thermal imaging monoculars that are packed full of cutting-edge technology, an abundance of digital features, and an ergonomic design, ensuring an unprecedented performance and unparalleled comfort. Though they may offer a slimline and lightweight bodyshell, the Sirius still packs a serious punch.
Each entry in the Sirius series is equipped one of two pro-grade thermal sensors (384x288 & 640x512) boasting 18mK NETD sensitivity and one of three powerful objective lenses (F0.9 - F1.1) ensuring a crystal-clear image and a detection range of up to 2600m. Perfect for a wide range of applications, including hunting, wildlife observation, and conservation efforts, the Sirius will effortlessly spot even the smallest heat signature at great distances.
The Sirius features a maximum 3.9x magnification, lending an added level of clarity to distant objects and animals.
AI powered image calibration learns from every image captured on the Sirius,
ensuring every image looks great, regardless of conditions.
The Sirius S650D has a serious trick up its sleeve. Equipped with the functionality of two monoculars in one device, this intuitive feature will allow you to shift seamlessly from a 25mm lens (perfect for searching and scanning) to a 50mm lens (ideal for close up observation) with just a twist of the wrist.
A vivid 0.49” 1920x108 OLED screen provides an expansive view of your observation area, providing crystal-clear images, ensuring greater comfort, and reducing the likelihood of eye fatigue during long periods of observation.
With Pixfra’s signature styling, you may recognise a few of the Sirius’s design elements from previous product offerings. This includes embossed “X” symbols on the focus wheel, carbon fibre accents across the monocular, and a power button that is seamlessly integrated into the pixfra logo, achieving a streamlined button array that save space along the top of the device. This button will softly glow in one of five brightness settings, conveniently indicating the device’s status.
This streamlined button array consists of just three buttons, providing complete control over digital functions whilst enabling comfortable one-handed operation, highlighting Pixfra’s commitment to user-friendly, ergonomic design.
A metal lens cover offers enhanced protection, guarding the Sirius against dust, scratches, and impacts that occur in everyday observation. This lens cover ensures greater longevity and maintains the clarity of the Sirius’s lens.
Providing up to 7.5 hours battery life (depending on model and temperature), the Sirius features a quick-release battery system, so you can switch batteries with ease and keep your observations going for even longer.
