The Mechanic™ is our modernized redesign of the basic short sleeve button-up "garage" shirt. Features include a more tailored fit patterning and stretch cotton blend for superior movement/durability. This version omits the fuzzy loop from the sleeves for an urban look. Another simple but progressive innovation from the design team at Hazard 4®.

This pack can accommodate laptops in its padded retainer, yet is nimble enough to be rotated from back to chest. The generously padded and ventilated shoulder straps are also ergonomically cut for hours of comfortable wear per day, and it is covered in modular (Mollé compatible) webbing to attach pouches for phones, etc. at hand’s reach. Generous side modular webbing provides lots of expansion options and the thermoformed best-in-class moulded back panel provides variable rigidity, air ventilation, and a durable surface. A drop-down fast access gear organiser can also hold an iPad® sized tablet like a shelf and the main compartment is lined in Velcro for attaching dividers, patches or Hazard 4® holsters.

Made out of 100% cotton, the Big Softie™ is a simpler, more traditional version of our popular Battle-T™ with the same i.d. patch capability. The arms are trimmed in soft/stretchy ribbing and have fuzzy loop panels for the i.d./flag patches etc. required by most agencies. A non-itch silk-screened size tag ensures comfort, while small subdued external tags ensure a professional/institutional presentation. They are recommended for warm weather use by military, police, rescue teams, private security, paramedics, and teams who need to show i.d. on the arms and prefer to move patches between washes rather than patching multiple shirts. The addition of the softshell jacket was a major innovation in multi-weather outerwear. It allows use in both dry and wet conditions and in warmer and colder weather, since it sheds water while allowing breathability. But most available softshells come with an insulating layer of fleece bonded to the interior and just about all of them come only in an outdoor/sport cut. Our new offering is an urban style for everyday use, and has no insulation so it is more suited to warmer weather use, while still allowing layering for winter/fall. It is also lined with a brand new stretch breathable liner, so it is silky smooth to put on without typical grabby fleece or clammy nylon liners.
