The EdgeMate Pro is a handy universal sharpener for knives, tools and garden equipment. It has 6 interchangeable sharpening inserts and a ceramic deburrer for a perfect finish. Housed in a convenient cartridge, the anvil and bypass bits click and lock into the sharpening head for quick and easy sharpening.
The sharpening inserts - differences & use The anvil sharpening inserts are for blades that are ground at the same angle on both sides. The bypass sharpening inserts are intended for knives that are sharpened on one side.
