Shame about the supplied batteries!

The product is fine, quality looks excellent.
However, the replaceable batteries supplied with the product were definitely sub-standard.
Before I'd put them into the unit, I could see they were old (see attached photo).
Once in and switched on, the laser beam promptly dimmed so that its visibility was about 2 metres.
I bought replacement batteries and the beam stays bright with a range of approx 25m which should 'do' for the Bisley zero range of 27 yds.
Interestingly, the supplied instruction states 18 to 25ft (5.5m to 7.6m) as a sighting distance to provide a 6" to 7" radius on a 100yd target's bulls eye. Given the calibre is 300 Win Mag, any user should read the relevant Range Orders before attempting to follow that instruction in firing a live round!
