The Ridgegate waterproof trouser is a hardwearing utility trouser with 4-way stretch, inspired by the Ridgegate Reservoir in Macclesfield Forest. With the entire outer garment being Cordura, there is no compromise on durability and comfort for any outdoor activity. The PTFE waterproof and breathable membrane will keep you dry and cool. Built inside vents at the knees will allow additional airflow on warmer days.

Waterproof trosers

Worn the trousers while rought shooting on Wednesday which was a really bad day had gaiters on which I had to remove because they were causing water to pool at the knees ,this then was the point we're they started to leak had to remove the gaiters .

We are very sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your Ridgegate Waterproof Trousers. They are lined with a waterproof membrane and taped at the seams and therefore no water should ingress the fabric at all. If you would like to, please contact us to describe the issue further so we can get to the bottom of what has happened. Following this, we can discuss arranging a return of the trousers so we can assess for any manufacturing defect and replace if necessary.

Ridgegate Waterproof Trousers

I already have a couple of pairs of the standard version, which I love.
The waterproof version are also great quality, and very comfortable. However I am not too impressed with the pockets. The lining of the front pockets is sewn very high making them very shallow, almost useless. The thigh pockets are better, but still not huge.
