Poor service

unfortunately you were let down by royal mail and the parcel went missing. The tracking system showed a delivery date in the past and even on the delivery date, the tracking system was showing the original date.
I was very disappointed by the service and lack of communication. I suspect its more Royal Mails fault than yours but you select your suppliers. I wouldn't mind paying a few £'s more to get the product in a timely manner.
Bushwear did send the order in two lots. The first arrived on time; the second ?????
I have only just received the product so haven't had a chance to put it to use.

Stealth Cam Fusion

Just started using 23 Dec 24. First pictures are in and seem to be ok. The camera is set in a location that does not have very good reception in 4G but 3G seems to work all be it slow on the download. Instruction book is ok but minimal but more detail is available online. I think it is going to be useful in my deer count if it keeps working this well. Well done Bushware.

Won't activate

Tried deleting app and tried creating a different account but nothing would make link the camera to the app. No support from stealth cam but Bushwear accepted return for a full refund and good to deal with.

Couldn’t use it and couldn’t get support

Looks well made but couldn’t get it to activate. Contacted stealth cam by email but no reply. So sending it back for a refund. Bush wear good to deal with

Product did not work - terrible service from Support line (Not Bushwear!!)

i bought this product - great service from Bushwear as usual - product did not work, would not activate, zero response from Stealth Cam support team - swapped with Bushwear (excellent service from Norman) for a HIKMicro M15 and paid the difference - worked straight away - set up with an account in 5 minutes - excellent product - buy the HIk not the StealthCam !!
