JSB Match Diablo Light weight 4.51 pellets

The pellets arrived in a sorry state I’m afraid. Package was not up to the job of protecting them. The tin had 3 dents in and many pellets damaged. Not ideal when I needed them for a competition in a few days. Got in touch with Bushwear and told them my thoughts on packaging. Don’t think this sunk in. Anyway they were most helpful and asked me to return them at no cost to me for replacement. Told them that this was not possible as they were needed in a few days and I would have to select the undamaged ones from the tin. After I told them my situation they gave me discount on my pellets. I guess that was all they could do. I won’t be buying pellets again from bushwear. Overall though they did try to resolve my issue so I won’t be put off using them again for other items.
